- DO NOT!!! heavily reference my art! it makes me very uncomfortable.
- do not edit or change anything from the original art piece i've made. if there is something you want changed, let me know.
- do not repost my art without credit.
- try not to repost my art onto social media apart from toyhou.sedesign usage
- please do not heavily reference a design made by me. it makes me uncomfortable.
- do not resell, retrade, or regift one of my designs for a higher price than it was bought unless it has commissioned art.
- do not resell, retrade, or regift anybody on my blacklist/dni list. you will be blacklisted as well as it proves you have not read my tos. (if they were blacklisted after you sold/gave them the design, it's fine)
- try not to make a lot of major changes to the characters i've designed.
- do not claim the design as your own.
- please actually use a design you've gotten from me.
- unless they were originally a wings of fire character, do not change my designs into wof characters.
- do not draw any of my characters that i've designed in any nsfw art pieces.when ordering payment
- be nice when ordering and remember to read the whole terms of service before commenting!
- payment must be sent before I agree to do the commission.
- payment is through paypal only, usd!
- do not pay before i've accepted your commission.
- keep in mind that i have the right to decline your commission.
- do not try and haggle for prices. they are already set.
- keep in mind that i may take a while to do commissions.
- complete the form as clearly as you can. i will not do refunds for poorly written/unfinished forms.

- art offers have to take a month to finish (to prevent people from ghosting)

- i will give a full refund if you don't want a commission when i haven't started yet.
